About 2019 Mercedes-Benz GLC
Available as the Mercedes-Benz GLC 300 in both rear-wheel drive and 4MATIC all-wheel drive configurations and as the Mercedes-AMG GLC 43, the GLC SUV includes the ultra-high-performance AMG GLC 63, boasting a 469-horsepower handcrafted AMG 4.0-liter V-8 engine and AMG 4MATIC all-wheel drive.
The 2019 GLC has short overhangs, an upright twin-louver grille with a centrally positioned star and striking headlight design with optionally available LED headlamps. Front and rear bumpers are optimized for off-road use with a 28-degree angle of approach/departure for all variants.
Standard on the GLC 300 is a turbocharged 2.0L four-cylinder turbo engine teamed to a 9G-TRONIC nine-speed automatic transmission for V6-level performance but with better fuel efficiency. The GLC offers 4MATIC all-wheel drive for outstanding agility and traction on a variety of road surfaces.
The midsize SUV lineup offers a particularly dynamic model in the form of the Mercedes-AMG GLC 43. The 362-horsepower AMG-enhanced 3.0L V-6 biturbo engine, AMG-enhanced 9G-TRONIC automatic transmission with shortened shift times and AMG Performance 4MATIC all-wheel drive configured with a rear bias form the basis for an especially dynamic on-road driving experience.
The Mercedes-Benz GLC offers an extensive range of options for personalization, including a choice of nine standard and metallic paint finishes.
New for 2019, heated front seats and 115-volt power outlet are now standard; the Off-Road Engineering Package (GLC 300 4MATIC), and a 3-Zone Climate Control are now available. New 20-inch wheels are available for GLC 350e 4MATIC; new designo packages are available with AMG Performance Seats and a new AMG Performance Studio Package with new AMG Optics package is offered.
